If your splashing out on buying new property, it’s reassuring to know that the companies behind it have a proven track record. That’s definitely the case with Mirador del Atlantico, stylish apartments built on two floors in Chayofa, Tenerife.
Gomasper are one of the longest established and most trusted names on the island, they are even official building contractors for the government. The development, just above Los Cristianos has the financial backing of the BBVA bank, one of the biggest in Spain. Thats a good start but how about the all important question, is this somewhere you would want to live. The answer is a resounding yes, the one and two bedroom apartments have terraces that look down at the bustling city and port of los Cristianos and beyond to the Atlantic. The second floor has access by spiral staircases to private solariums and panoramic views, and below the complex there is plenty of parking space.
Chayofa is a lovely village with a strong character of its own and some classy restaurants, despite the mere 5 minute drive down into the city, the peace and abundance of plants and trees gives it a real rural feel. Inside the apartments, it’s all mod cons with fitted kitchens and the latest electric appliances. Bathrooms and bedrooms are finished to the highest standard and the alternate white and orange pastel frontage sets it all off a treat.
